Shimo 2•Add New Profile all options grayed out

  I've just installed and licensed Shimo2 and I added a vpnc profile. In the course of trying to get the connection to work I removed it. Now I can't add any profiles other than PPTP/L2TP.
  
  Does anyone know what's happening?

  Have you tried reinstalling Shimo's components in advanced preferences?

  I've just purchased shimo and would like to add a cisco profile, but like simon, I can't add a profile, it's greyed out. How can I enable it? I've tried reinstalling Shimo's components a number of times now... Mac OS 10.5.8

  I had the same issues. Stalled program after a easy install and connection to Hamachi. after a reboot the profiles were unavailable except for PPTP. I reinstalled components from the Advanced Preferences panel and restarted Shimo. Success, this is still the first 30 minutes of using the application, however it is working again. Mac OS 10.6.3
